Believe it or not, Lexi is already a year old. It is amazing how fast a year goes! We kept it simple for her this time around, mostly because she has had a cold and been teething all week so hasn't really been feeling very well and we didn't want to spread the love. She was mostly better by her birthday though.
Lexi's favorite food is bananas so naturally I made her banana cupcakes with chocolate frosting for her special day. We had been practicing blowing out a candle but Mom still had to help.
It took her a little bit to decide that maybe she should dig in to the cake, but this was how she ended up. So cute! She had to have a bath of course before she could open presents. :)
