I am helping to prep an Eagle Court of Honor here in Minneapolis. As part of it I am looking at LOTS of different websites and articles and I found one that really sums up why adults do scouting. It is from the current longest volunteer adult leader in the BSA program, but is from 1982, so there might have been someone else with that title at that time.
